      Neymar da Silva Santos Junior is a professional Brazilian footballer, He was born on February 5, 1992, in Mogi das Cruzes, São Paulo Brazil, to Neymar Santos Sr. and Nadine da Silva. Neymar Jr. started playing football after drawing inspiration from his father who was a professional footballer himself. Neymar was a fan of futsal as well as football at a tender age. He joined the Portuguesa Santista youth club in 1999, and within a few years was one of the most highly regarded young talents in the country. In 2003, Neymar moved with his family to São Vicente, where he began playing for youth side Portuguesa Santista. Then, later in 2003, they moved to Santos where Neymar joined Santos FC.

       In his five-year career with Santos, Neymar scored 70 goals and assisted 35 times in 134 appearances. during which he also scored the FIFA Goal of the Year and finished the 2012-13 season with a career best total of 43 goals.

        Aged 14, Neymar travelled to Spain for try outs with the Real Madrid youth team, at the time when Real had stars like RonaldoZinedine ZidaneDavid BeckhamRoberto Carlos and Robinho.  He did not stay in Madrid, however, as his father decided at the time that he preferred the young prodigy to keep growing up while playing at Santos.

        Neymar made his senior debut for Santos in 2009 and lived up to the hype by earning the league's Best Young Player award. he helped Santos claim the league and Copa do Brasil championships en route to the first of three straight scoring titles and four straight Player of the Year awards.

        In June 2013 Neymar made his competitive debut for FC Barcelona in the 2013–14 La Liga season after a trade with Santos in exchange for €57 million (about $76 million), one of the most expensive soccer transfers in history. He scored the first goal for the club in Spanish Cup first-leg match against Atletico Madrid. The match ended as a draw with Neymar equalizing at 1-1. While Neymar was instrumental in Barcelona’s success from 2013 to 2017, totaling 105 goals in 186 games with the club across all competitions.

         On August 3, 2017, Neymar shocked the world with his 222 million euros transfer to French giants Paris Saint-Germain, becoming the most expensive footballer in history. The move received criticism from fans, but Neymar has been exceptionally good with the French side, linking up well with fellow strikers Kylian Mbappe and Edinson Cavani. He has scored 27 goals from 26 games for PSG, assisting 17 times.

          Neymar made his début for the Brazil Senior team in July, in a friendly match against the United State. Internationally, Neymar was considered for the Brazilian side that participated in the 2010 World Cup in South Africa, but he was ultimately not included on the squad. He scored four goals for Brazil at the 2013 Confederations Cup, including one in the team’s 3–0 victory over Spain in the final, and won the Golden Ball as the tournament’s most valuable player as well as the Bronze Boot as its third highest scorer

            In the 2014 World Cup on home soil, Neymar was expected to lead the Brazilian team to the tournament victory, but that was cut short after he was injured in a quarterfinal match. Brazil went on to be knocked out of the tournament. But Neymar received the bronze boot for being the third highest goal scorer. Neymar was also named to the World Cup All Star XI. 

         At the Rio de Janeiro 2016 Olympic Games, he led the Brazilian men’s side to its first Olympic gold medal, scoring the winning penalty in extra time of the final match against Germany. The Brazilians again faced high expectations heading into the 2018 World Cup, but Neymar's return from a broken foot ultimately wasn't enough, as a tight quarterfinal match against Belgium ended with a 2-1 loss.

Early life

    Erling Braut Haaland was born on 21st July 2000 in Leeds  of England. His father is Alf-ingeRasdal and mother Gry Martia.His father is an ex- Manchester City player and is the agent of the Norweigan striker. Erling enjoyed the football game as a child. He was also involved in different sporting activities like handball, golf, and athletics. But then, his deep passion for football was immediately recognized, and, he was registered in Bryne Football club, a local academic club in his hometown. 

Club career

      After joining the Bryne Football club, the player started to impress its fan base and management with his excellent game play. Haaland played for the reserve team Bryne 2 where he impressed scoring 18 goals in 14 matches.  This potentially translated into player’s debut into the senior side when he was aged 15. For the senior side, Erling Haaland continued scoring the goals and bagging the assists. He kept on producing outstanding football skills, and by 2017 in Molde brought him Norway’s first league. Haaland finished his first season at Molde with 4 goals in 20 appearances. 

        After finishing the 2018 season as the Molde’s highest goal scorer, it became apparent that the young player was destined for the big stage. International career

      Erling Haaland chose Norway over England when it came to international representation. For the Norway U-19 side, he scored a hattrick against Scotland and helped the team to qualify for UEFA U-19 Championship in a 5-4 victrory. his great skills, holland was made to represent the Norway U-20 side against Honduras in the 2019 FIFA U-20 World Cup. Though Norway were eliminated in the group stage, he went on to win the Golden Boot in Poland. Haaland was named by manager  in the Norway senior team squad to face Malta and Sweden in UEFA Euro 2020 qualifying matches, and made his debut on 5 September 2019 against Malta.
